About Yashish Dahiya
- Yashish Dahiya is also known as ironman because he completed Ironman triathlon in less than 12 hours.
- He swam 3.86km, cycled 180km and ran 42 km to complete this triathlon held in Kalmar in Sweden.
- He is a fitness freak and it is because of an incident that took place with his friend.
- He lost his school friend due to some health issue and alcoholism. After this, he forms a fitness group.
